Hello everyone,
After two weeks gap of holiday and we
back into studying about the Addie Model.
Miss Farah explained what meant by the Addie Model and
how does it work in our education
There are 5 phases in Addie Model:
a)
Analysis (need, requirement, tasks)
-
The designer will identify the learner’s
problem, goals, and objective, needs, and their existing knowledge
b)
Design (learning objectives, delivery
format, activities)
-
Specifying learning objectives
-
Develop participant assessment, data
collection and reporting format
-
Review implementations and evaluation
costs, effort required and schedule
c)
Develop
(develop course materials, review, pilot session)
-
The content and learning material are
created based on the Design phase
-
Develop and produce program materials
-
Develop trainer guides, job aids
-
Schedule participants
d)
Implement (training implementation, tools
in place, observation)
-
Plans are put into actions and a
procedure for training the learner and teacher is being developed
-
Materials are distributed and the
effectiveness of the training materials is being evaluated
-
Conduct training session
e)
Evaluate (awareness, knowledge, behavior,
results)
-
Formative and Summarize evaluation
-
Revision if necessary
This was what Miss Farah thought us the
class. I tried my level best to summaries it and make it as short points.
Well
that’s all on what we learned this week and I hope that all my point bring
benefit to the readers.
Thank
you ^_^
*Please
